For this post, I'm taking it back to July 2024 with Maria and Aldo. I was looking to get more couple/engagement experience under my belt so I put out an open call for engaged couples in a Hudson Valley wedding group on Facebook. Maria was one of the first to respond. She had such a clear vision of what she wanted for the shoot and I was more than happy to go with it and add a few ideas I had of my own.




The sun was blistering hot; so hot that if you told me it was the hottest date of the year, I would have believed you. Also, the vintage car on site had a beehive inside of it, so going inside wasn't an option. Still,  I was still determined to give them a great experience despite the circumstance so we got to work, starting in the parking lot where we got some of my favorite shots of the session.




We moved throughout the beautiful property and improvised our way through the shoot until the heat was too much for all of us. Overall, Maria and Aldo were very happy and honestly, this will go down as one of my favorite shoots. Check out the images below.
